A Complete Workflow Makeover Integrates Creative Visual FX Shop

Nice Shoes – one of America’s leading design, effects, and production studios – recently expanded its service offerings by integrating Guava, its award-winning visual effects subsidiary. With this union, Nice Shoes will add VFX supervision, design, and 3D animation to their own menu of services, which already boasts world-class Telecine and 2D artistry. This bundling of services enables clients to collaborate with an incredible range of creative talent that will stay with them throughout the process - from pre-production to completion. With the growing complexity of effects work, clients can now seamlessly navigate through their creative and technical challenges with the confidence and support of one team under one roof. “Having all of these talented artists together – color-graders, designers, and high-end visual effects artists– makes for an incredibly powerful team,” says Aron Baxter, Creative Director of Nice Shoes. “This is the only shop where world-class Telecine and Visual FX artists can work hand-in-hand from pre-production through post to ensure a flawless final product.” He adds: “We now have the advantage of being in the same space and can collaborate with every other aspect of the creative process far more easily.” Mike Donovan – the new Managing Director of Nice Shoes comments: “We are very excited to announce that the talented artists of Guava have joined the visual effects department at Nice Shoes. Having one company responsible for every step of the production adds flexibility and accountability and ultimately, these changes will lead to an even better product for our clients.” “By combining these two companies,” explains Dominic Pandolfino, Founder and CEO, “we’ve created a new entity that is far more powerful than the sum of its parts.” To celebrate the enhanced artistic synergies, Nice Shoes is also rolling out a sleek new logo and unveiling a redesigned website which can be seen at www.NiceShoes.com
