Join Us At Après Sundance in NYC
Can’t Make It to Sundance This Year? We’re bringing the festival to New York City! We’re excited to present an exclusive sneak peek of Sundance films: ‘Gaucho Gaucho‘, ‘Sugarcane‘, and ‘DIG! XX‘.
Gaucho Gaucho: A celebration of a community of Argentine cowboys and cowgirls, known as Gauchos, living beyond the boundaries of the modern world. Directed by three-time Sundance-fêted filmmakers Gregory Kershaw and Michael Dweck. Color by Nice Shoes Colorist Marcy Robinson.
Sugarcane: An investigation into abuse and missing children at an Indian residential school ignites a reckoning on the nearby Sugarcane Reserve. Filmmakers Julian Brave NoiseCat and Emily Kassie deliver a multilayered film that invites audiences to confront profound questions about morality and justice, and to bear witness to the lasting intergenerational legacy of trauma from the residential school system. Color by Nice Shoes Colorist Marcy Robinson.
DIG! XX: Celebrating its 20th anniversary, ‘DIG! XX’ returns to Sundance with a fresh, remastered look. DIG! XX tracks the tumultuous rise of two talented musicians, Anton Newcombe, leader of the Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Courtney Taylor, leader of the Dandy Warhols. Sound by Gigantic Studios Re-recording Mixer Tristan Baylis.
Engaging Q&A Session: Don’t miss our exclusive Q&A session. Gain insights from Tristan Baylis on his sound design journey in ‘DIG! XX’ and from Marcy Robinson on her artistry in ‘Gaucho Gaucho’. A unique chance to explore the creative process behind these films.
