A background in painting has served Phil Choe well when he explores the art of color grading. Each project is a blank canvas with each director, DP, and creative to impact viewers’ emotions and perceptions. Some of Phil’s credits include Tom Donahue’s documentary “Dean Martin: King of Cool” and “Los Tigres del Norte at Folsom Prison” streaming on Netflix as well as HBO Max Comedy Special “Marcella Arguello: Bitch, Grow Up!”. Phil honed his craft with experienced colorists at Nice Shoes, as well as with some of the leading creatives in South Korea, taking all of their knowledge and making it his own in our Boston studio.
