Marcy Robinson brought stunning color grading to Gaucho Gaucho, a notable Sundance hit. This intimate black-and-white documentary captures iconic gauchos preserving traditions, forging deep bonds with their animals, and embracing freedom and nature amidst the wild’s challenges, blending exquisite cinematography with superb sound design.
Chasing Time
Nice Shoes colorist Lenny Mastrandrea brought his grading expertise to Chasing Time, a documentary following James Balog’s Extreme Ice Survey project. Balog’s project aimed to capture over a million images of glacier melt. Directed by Jeff Orlowski-Yang, this poignant film explores time, legacy, and climate change’s urgency.
Homegrown
Robinson also graded Homegrown, a gripping documentary follows three Trump supporters before and after January 6, capturing the raw fervor of MAGA rallies and exploring the far right’s unsettling quest to “reclaim their country.”

The Exhibit by Fanatics campaign took home two Clio Sports Awards, and we’re beyond proud to have played a role in its success! Our Nice Shoes Immersive and Color teams brought a message from basketball icons to life, celebrating NBA ROTY Victor Wembanyama. Hats off to everyone involved for executing such an epic vision.
